Ring Cranes
The Twin Ring CC4800 and the Platformring, both Heavy Lift Cranes supplied to Mammoet Van Seumeren, are placed on a ring construction, supported by a number of hydraulic jacks, depending on the permissable ground pressure and the required load capacity.
The maximum ground pressure will not exceed 40 mT/m2.
All components are modular and connected by quick connection pins to enable swift assembly of the crane. To facilitate reeving, the wires are equipped with a knob at the bald. No more hassle with open wedge sockets.

Containerized Ring Cranes
The "Platform Twin Ring Containerized" (PTC) is the third Ring crane supplied to Van Seumeren Holland B.V. by Huisman-Itrec within 3 years.
Some key points of the PTC are: Lifting capacity 1600 mT, Own weight 600 mT, Length of main mast 97 m,Height inclusive Jib approximate 165 m, Maximum ballast 1500 mT. After disassembly, all parts are transportable as containers of 20 or 40 ft. with a maximum weight of 30.4 mT. The containerized parts do not require special transport. For road transport, permits and police convoy do not have to be arranged. For sea transport, the parts can be handled in container terminals as ordinary containers. This results in a considerable saving of time and costs for transportation.
